The ABA Ethics 20/20 Project: Rules Adopted and Issues Left for Another Day
The ABA's Ethics 20/20 Commission was asked to consider changes in legal ethics rules required by new technology and the globalization of law practice. The ABA has now adopted several new rules that reflect practice issues every lawyer should know. It also left unchanged several rules that might require later revision. In this program, Professor Morgan will bring you up to date on both the changes made and those set aside.
Please join GW Law for this complimentary Ethics CLE session as part of Reunion Weekend 2013. Alumni from all years are welcome to attend.
